Project Brief
Develop a central application that will automatically retrieve information from major HR system, format and deliver business unit grouped staff to 100+ managers to simplify the review process. Create a single button return for the managers with corporate consolidation.

Paylogic, the automated "Salary Review" application was developed and provided all of the brief requirements along with some innovative ideas utilising standard Microsoft Office toolsets.
Corporate data is extracted from a UNIX database, segmented and distributed via inhouse email in the form of a customised Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Employee results can be manipulated and analysed via the associated graphs within the spreadsheet and are automatically posted back to head office at the push of a button.
Consolidation of the managers review data is performed automatically via a custom Microsoft Exchange interface where globally groups can be analysed and manipulated. The entire process is automated with process flow prompts to allow for a timely corporate budget analysis and detailed reporting.
